I resolved a case recently for a young woman who was injured in an accident, sustained a car accident neck injury. She had been with another firm previously where she felt that the case had languished. We’re often hesitant to take cases that were being handled by other attorneys unless we also agree that there are things that are not being done that should be done, or things that are being done that shouldn’t.

I agreed to take over the representation for her, and within a couple months, I was able to resolve her claim for her positively.  I was able to secure the entire policy limits, and when I gave her a call, she told me that I got her about five times the amount that she had been expecting based upon conversations with that other firm.
