Many times as an experienced Buffalo Car Accident Attorney I am asked what the benefits are to usings New York’s No-Fault Insurance when they are involved in an automobile accident.  The name No-Fault means what it says, no-fault.  It doesn’t matter who caused the accident to get these benefits.  When you hire an experienced Buffalo Car Accident Attorney, we take your injury claim to your insurance company and require them to pay several things.

First we make them pay your medical expenses.  When you are involved in an automobile accident, all of your medical bills will get paid by your insurance company.  If you are injured in the accident and are not able to work, No-Fault will pay up to 80% of lost wages, all the way up to $2000 per month.  Finally, No-Fault will pay for incidental expenses which means, gas and mileage for traveling to appointments and even household help can be received at a maximum of $25 per day.
